How long is the consultation?
The initial consultation is generally around ¾ to 1 hour. This will vary from one person to another. Time will be allocated to complete forms on your first visit.
How much does a consultation cost?
An Initial Consultation is $87. Some testing is included in this price.
Consultations that go for more than 1 ½ hours will incur an additional fee.
Your Follow Up Consultations are generally shorter and the fee ranges between $47 and $57. (This can vary at the discretion of the practitioner).
What is the difference between Symptomatic Care and Corrective Care?
Symptomatic Care aims to give you quick resolution of your problems (link please). Corrective Care is aimed at more long term resolution of your health issues. It is fantastic for those people who are devoted to attaining and keeping good health and to prevent premature age-ing.
Are you covered by private health insurance?
Yes, we are covered by most insurers. A HICAPS facility is available.
Do you have EFTPOS facilities?
Yes, EFTPOS is available for Mastercard and Visa card holders.
Is off street parking available?
Yes, parking is available within the complex.
What if I do not come into town very often?
Naturopaths are not permitted to do over the phone consultations, however phone follow ups can be booked, under some circumstances.
Are you a member of a Professional Association?
Yes. We are currently members of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and Australian Association of Massage Therapists.
